This Privacy Policy describes how Vavaruna (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account information: first name, email address, password (or third-party sign-in credentials)
• Profile information: date of birth, country, gender, relationship status
• Questionnaire responses: answers to life-category questions used to generate personalized manifestations
• User preferences: voice settings, notification preferences, aligned action settings

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device information: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers
• Usage data: app interactions, feature usage, session duration, manifestation playback history
• Crash and performance data: error logs, stack traces (via Firebase Crashlytics)
• Analytics data: app events and usage patterns (via Firebase Analytics)

2.3 Information from Third-Party Sign-In

When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive:

• Your name and email address
• A unique account identifier

We do not receive or store your Google or Apple password.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information for the following purposes:

• Account creation and authentication
• Generating personalized audio manifestations using AI-powered text-to-speech
• Creating personalized aligned actions based on your life categories
• Providing weekly masterclass content tailored to your progress
• Sending notification reminders (with your permission)
• Tracking your manifestation and aligned action progress
• Improving app performance and fixing bugs
• Communicating with you about your account or the service
• Complying with legal obligations

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND DATA SHARING

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

4.2 ElevenLabs

• Text-to-speech audio generation for manifestations
• Your questionnaire responses are sent to ElevenLabs to generate personalized audio content
• ElevenLabs processes this data according to their privacy policy

4.3 Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In

• Authentication only; we receive limited profile data as described in Section 2.3

We do NOT share your data with advertisers.
We do NOT use your data for targeted advertising.

5. SENSITIVE DATA

We strongly advise you NOT to share sensitive personal information, including but not limited to:

• Health or medical information
• Sexual orientation or identity
• Religious or political beliefs
• Racial or ethnic origin
• Biometric data

If you voluntarily provide such information (e.g., in free-text questionnaire fields), you explicitly consent to its processing for the purpose of generating personalized manifestation content, including transfer to third-party AI providers (ElevenLabs).

6. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

• Your data is stored on Firebase servers (Google Cloud Platform) located in the United States and/or the European Union
• Audio manifestations are stored in Firebase Storage
• Local app data (preferences, cached content) is stored on your device using encrypted local storage
• We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
• Authentication tokens are securely managed by Firebase Authentication
• We do not store your password in plain text

7. DATA RETENTION

• Account data: retained as long as your account is active
• Manifestation audio files: retained as long as your account is active
• Questionnaire responses: retained as long as your account is active
• Crash logs: retained for up to 90 days
• Analytics data: retained for up to 14 months

When you delete your account:

• All personal data is permanently deleted from our servers
• All manifestation audio files are permanently deleted
• All questionnaire responses are permanently deleted
• Deletion is processed immediately upon request
• Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes

8. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

8.1 General Rights (all users)

• Access: request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: update inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: delete your account and all associated data (available in Settings > Manage Account)
• Portability: request your data in a structured, machine-readable format

8.2 European Economic Area (EEA) / GDPR

• Right to restrict processing
• Right to object to processing
• Right to withdraw consent at any time
• Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

• Right to opt-out of sale (we do not sell personal data)

9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Vavaruna is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, you may not use this app.

If we discover that we have collected data from a user under 16, we will promptly delete that information. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at info@vavaruna.com.

10. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

With your permission, we may send push notifications to remind you about:

• Daily manifestation listening
• Aligned action completion
• Weekly masterclass availability

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or within the App (Settings > Notification Settings).

11. COOKIES AND TRACKING

The App does not use cookies. We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data for improving the App. You can opt out of analytics collection by contacting us.

12. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, where our third-party service providers (Firebase, ElevenLabs) maintain servers.

For transfers from the EEA/UK, we rely on:

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
• Adequacy decisions where applicable
• The service providers’ compliance frameworks (e.g., Google’s Data Processing Terms)

13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated policy in the App
• Updating the “Last updated” date at the top

Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
